Cafe Pacific, September 4, 2010

It was a beautifully gorgeous day and some of us took the opportunity to walk around Highland Park Village and window shop and visit some of the stores and buy a few things. The food at Cafe Pacific is outstanding, as is the service. Several around the table commented that they want to eat here again.

Jean and her friend Jaci visiting from Chicago. Jaci said she really doesn't like hats, but Jean told her she had to wear one, and she looked lovely.

Joyce and Jeanne. Joyce told us she teaches classes on genealogy at the junior college. She has traced her ancestors back to England in the 11th century. She is also writing a book.

This gentleman at the next table volunteered to take a group picture.
